The SANCTUARY will be our flagship operation which exists to shelter, serve, and protect up to 90 women, children and babies each year who are trying to escape domestic family violence. The low profile facility will provide excellent turnkey solutions for residents, naturally streamlining their psyche from fear to hope.

The SANCTUARY is not like existing housing commission developments. We wholeheartedly reject that notion, and choose to create the Sanctuary grounds so as to stand apart for all the right reasons. With it's beautiful landscaped gardens and thirty sleek short and long term accommodation offerings, residents are encouraged to establish meaningful relationships around BBQ areas, tranquil aquatic spaces, children's playgrounds, and a central community hub with private cinema, fitness studio and hair salon.

The SANCTUARY will be a unique multi-generational asset to the wider southeast Queensland community, in particular the Gold Coast, where the facility will be located. Placing an immediate emphasis on saving lives, the completed project will produce long lasting results that will positively impact the region in tangible ways. We are all about helping women and children in our care safely reclaim their dignity and self worth.

Individuals escaping violence need a period of complete restoration in life. They often don’t have the capacity to carry out the normal day to day routines for themselves or children in care....and this is where we step in. Residents are connected with doctors, counsellors, psychologists and other additional service providers who visit weekly on location, and work one on one exploring PTSD and DV trauma, helping to commence the healing process and facilitating a time of renewed clarity. As part of these sessions, complimentary babysitting services are provided along with daily school runs and return pick-ups.
