FILM & TELEVISION

The White Shadow Foundation Film and TV projects

The WHITE SHADOW FOUNDATION has shown that movies can be used to raise public awareness, encourage advocacy and drive legislative change. Your donation enables our highly experienced team to provide ongoing strategic support to powerful films and impact campaigns across a broad range of issues affecting human rights and equality. With several projects in development, upcoming releases made for television and streaming services include a slate of four new social-issue documentaries pegged under THE VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE series. Theatrical movies in active development include the biopics TEACHABLE and THE BEAUTIFUL VALLEY, set in the raw and gritty worlds of domestic violence and parental alienation.

CREATING LIFE-AFFIRMING MOTION PICTURES

The WHITE SHADOW FOUNDATION is located on the Gold Coast, in Queensland, Australia. The location was in part chosen for its close proximity to the state of the art sound stages and production support at Village Roadshow Studios, just a short drive away. In a post pandemic world, filming within Australia negates the need for international travel. Village Roadshow Studios is close to diverse filming locations as well as two international airports. The Studios are a 45 minute drive south of the Brisbane International Airport and a 30 minute drive from the Gold Coast’s international airport. The location offers world-class film production facilities, nine sound stages and three water tanks, production offices, editing suites, makeup, wardrobe, and several carpentry shops.
